You
are a born innovator. You already have an innate ability and desire
to explore and experiment. Yet, most of us have been conditioned
to suppress those skills rather than cultivate them. They are arguably
our greatest untapped business resource, both personally and collectively.
The ability to be innovative in the way we think and work is rapidly
becoming a crucial business asset. It’s critical to our future
as individuals and as organizations.
This
two-day intensive is designed to help you rediscover those abilities
and explore ways to leverage them, boosting your imagination, your
creativity, and your problem solving skills—in a practical
business environment. You’ll also gain insights into how to
enhance those same abilities among your colleagues and employees
and on your team.
Innovation is no longer some nice enhancement
to your business strategy; it’s a critical component, one
that not only drives new and creative outcomes, but enhances flexibility
and the capability to handle unforeseen challenges. This interactive
workshop will give you fresh insights and tools to become more innovative
in the way you think and behave personally, and in the way you lead
and collaborate with others.
"Dennis provided
the information in an engaging and informative way that can
be applied in both our personal and professional lives."

The first day introduces Clockwise™ Thinking,
the patterns of thought and action that define innovation. This

Through exercises and discussion, these patterns will be linked
to your concrete business challenges.
Participants
will:
1) Actively investigate ways of thinking and behaving
that promote innovation and personal effectiveness.
2) Explore innovation as a personal discipline, one that isn’t
just about new products and services but about being more efficient
and adaptable and creative in all aspects of our work.
3) Distinguish patterns of thought and behavior that lead to innovation,
from those that are counterproductive.
4) Acquire powerful new problem solving techniques.
5) Gain tools and insights that drive breakthrough results.
