Building
an Innovation Engine
(2-4 hour workshop)
Your leadership team is your most effective tool
for promoting innovation…or for killing it. The climate your
leaders set is the single most important factor in determining whether
you have engaged employees and effective sustained innovation. This
expanded keynote/workshop will give anyone with supervisory responsibilities
the tools and insights needed to meet that crucial challenge.
Your leaders will:
1) Gain a clearer understanding of the critical role they play in
advancing successful innovation and fostering employee engagement.
2) Learn to recognize fundamental patterns of behavior
inside an organization and how those patterns promote or undermine
employee engagement and innovation.
3) Discover fresh insights into their own patterns
of thought and behavior and what those patterns imply about effective
innovative leadership.
4) Discover new ways to approach business challenges
and generate innovative solutions.
5) Leave with a stronger sense of purpose and commitment
to business objectives.
Clockwise™Leadership
Retreats
(1-2 days)
Would your management team benefit from an intensive
immersion experience to enhance their leadership skills? We offer
one and two day retreats to renew everyone’s commitment to
innovation, while gaining powerful insights into how that can best
be achieved. This longer format makes it possible to achieve the
same outcomes as the “Building an Innovation Engine”
workshops, while broadening and deepening the ability to implement
what they’ve learned, and creating a more cohesive high performing
team.
Your team will also:
1) Leave with a specific set of tools and strategies they can use
to leverage positive change.
2) Have a more organic understanding of how a variety
of leadership concepts combine to promote innovation and engagement.
3) Become a stronger team and develop a collective
commitment to mutual outcomes.

Leadership Cohorts
When your objective is to achieve a shift in the
overall culture of your organization or business unit, the approach
needs to be equally ambitious. A single event, no matter how well
designed and implemented is rarely sufficient. Even one lasting
several days may not have a sustained impact without some follow-up.
To address this need, we offer a series of half-day leadership cohorts
(2-4 hours) at intervals of two to three weeks. This provides an
opportunity for participants to actively apply what they’ve
learned, as part of a sustained intervention.
Participants will:
1) Develop personal behaviors and habits that benefit the larger
organization.
2) Discover for themselves that what they’re
learning really works and produces substantial benefits.
3) Impact the organization in powerful and positive
ways even as the cohorts are underway.
